Current Controlled Beta

The current beta is a deterministic demo. It uses bundled synthetic examples for bills, subscriptions, recommendations, evidence, user-led actions, and savings records.

Testers should use sample information only. Do not enter real bills, account details, credentials, personal documents, payment information, or other sensitive information.

Data Stored on the Device

Testers can create and archive sample Manual Entries, complete sample actions, and record sample user-confirmed savings. Changes made in the demo are stored locally on that device and can survive an ordinary app relaunch.

Demo state is not uploaded to Everlow's backend. The controlled beta does not require a user account or login, and locally stored demo data is not linked to a tester identity by Everlow.

Upload, Scan, and AI Processing

Real file upload and scan entry points are unavailable in this controlled beta. The beta does not open a Photos, Files, or camera picker for bill intake, read personal document bytes, upload documents, run OCR, or send content for remote AI processing.

Manual Entry is available only for typed sample information. The current beta does not support real personal bill processing.

Resetting Demo Data

Testers can open Settings and use Reset Demo Data to restore Everlow's bundled sample baseline and remove changes made in the demo on that device.

Reset Demo Data is not an account-deletion process because the controlled beta has no user account. Removing the app also removes its local app data according to the device's normal iOS behaviour.

Recommendations and Savings

Recommendations in the controlled beta are deterministic sample content. Estimated savings are illustrative estimates, not guarantees. User-confirmed savings are amounts entered and verified by the tester, not independently verified by Everlow or a provider.

Everlow does not contact providers, cancel subscriptions, negotiate, switch plans, sign contracts, move money, or make payments. Testers review and approve every external step themselves.

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The controlled beta does not use advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. Everlow does not receive remote logs containing tester-entered demo content from this beta.

Future Features

Future versions may add privacy-ready document intake, OCR or AI processing, accounts, remote storage, or email bill discovery. Those features are not available in the current controlled beta.

Before any future real-data feature is enabled, Everlow must update its product disclosures, privacy practices, retention and deletion controls, and App Privacy information to match the implemented release.
