Privacy Policy

Everlow helps users review household bills and subscriptions, understand possible savings opportunities, and prepare action plans they can choose to take themselves.

Overview

Users remain in control. Everlow provides recommendations and action plans, but Everlow does not automatically cancel services, contact providers, negotiate on a user's behalf, switch plans, or move money.

Everlow does not provide legal, tax, credit, loan, investment, or regulated financial advice. Recommendations and savings amounts are estimates, not guarantees.

Information Users May Provide

Users may provide household bill or subscription information while using Everlow. This may include provider names, plan names, bill amounts, renewal dates, document metadata, evidence items, recommendation decisions, user-selected actions, and savings ledger entries.

Everlow should describe each data type based on what is actually enabled in the current app release before publication.

Bill and Subscription Data

Everlow may process bill and subscription information that users choose to provide, including uploaded documents or subscription screenshots if those features are enabled in the app.

Real sensitive bill uploads should wait until privacy, storage, redaction, deletion, and support safeguards are approved.

Manual Entry Data

Manual bill or subscription entry is planned but should not be described as live until it is implemented in the app.

If manual entry is later enabled, Everlow may process the bill, subscription, provider, amount, renewal, and note information that users choose to enter.

Future Email Bill Discovery Data

Future email bill discovery may help users find bill candidates from supported mailbox providers. Gmail and Outlook integrations are planned but are not live unless the app explicitly says they are available.

Future email discovery should require user consent and user approval before importing any bill candidate.

Recommendations and Savings Actions

Everlow may create recommendations, supporting evidence, action plans, user-selected actions, and savings ledger entries from bill and subscription information.

Users remain responsible for reviewing any recommendation and deciding what action to take.

AI/OCR Processing Status

Real AI/OCR extraction is planned but is not live unless the app explicitly says it is available.

Future AI/OCR processing must explain what data may be processed, whether third-party services are involved, and what safeguards apply before publication.

Data Retention and Deletion

Retention and deletion details must match the actual storage, account, and deletion workflows available in the app.

Until those workflows are finalized, deletion requests should use the support contact placeholder listed below and should not be described as self-service automation.

Users choose what information to provide to Everlow and remain in control of any action they take outside the app.
